It should have been a register for free site that would allow users to personalize themselves with avatars and signatures and post counting. That way everyone would behave with more caution and manners and it would give the site a more friendly impression. The way as it is now, there is no enough threat in getting banned as it is too easy to get back again, and thus people often act like jerks. And do something about the annoying popup that keeps appearing almost every time I click a link. It looks like some kind of a sex commercial. Aside from that, everything else is functional and with time only true lolicon lovers will remain and threat the site with respect (hopefully).

well, it seems waaaay to similar to 4chan. i almost thought it was some archaic old version of 4chan. i'd say brighten it up a bit, and maybe contact hentaikitty to see if you could bring in some audience. they've changed some things in the last year, so that tells me they get some good hits. contact them and see if they'll make a link for you! :D

but ditch the 4chan mode and try a different format. maybe use some appealing icons instead of "/variable". that always helps attract folks who are looking for things visually.

Maybe polls and the like should be set up to see what exactly sparks the interest of the community and go on from there. Gaming events or tournaments and contests for glory. Projects and works that the community can do together for bonding. We shouldn't be afraid to stray from the average chan to find that spot that can produce some good times on the internet.
