Corp Name - Haters Gonna Hate[VidyA]

Directors - Kurth, Midori, Fianna, (to be filled)

Junior Directors - Duece, Lee'lei

CEO has the power to appoint directors as he sees fit. Directors will be replaced if inactive for 1 week. CEO can be removed by 2/3 corp vote. Replacement CEO is chosen by a simple majority vote (50% +1) of the remaining directors. Shares will be split evenly among the CEO and 4 directors, 20% to each.
(I WILL remove directors who are not doing what needs to be done and rotate in people who show effort)

Base out of Nonni and Isinokka, not 0.0. Roam highsec/lowsec/nullsec. Pick fights, gank, harass, troll. All bros will be given FC chances. Bro spirit encouraged at all times.

Corp will be organized into squads, similar to goonswarm's structure. Initial volunteers for squad leaders will be decided upon by a simple majority approval corp vote. Bros will be randomly distributed into squads. Squad leaders will be responsible for newbros assigned into their squads; connect with them, encourage them, show them the ropes and offer advice. Squad leaders will be the anchorpoint to keep newbros interested in the game.
